Washington, DC Trip

Washington, D.C. Trip Information:

If you were unable to attend the meeting on Tuesday, 10/24 the following is the information that was shared:
The itinerary was reviewed by our tour director from Destinations.  A copy of it is on our link.
Students must be at TMS at 6:30am.  Students will find out what bus they are on and who their chaperone is on Monday, November 6th.  Students should put their luggage on the bus and report to the gym to check in with their chaperone.  We leave at 7:00am.  Any student with prescription medication should hand that over to their chaperone.  No milk products are allowed on the bus.  Students may not bring or purchase any coffee products during the trip.  No energy drinks are allowed during the trip.  Students should check the weather in DC during our trip and pack accordingly.  Wear comfortable shoes and bring extra shoes in case of rain.  Very important to dress for the weather and the day.  There are no blue jeans allowed while we are at Arlington Cemetery.  Students may dress up for the Cruise and Dinner.  This is not a formal dance.  Casual dress clothes are acceptably. Students should bring a small backpack/draw string bag to keep their belongings in while on the  bus and during touring.  Students should bring a re-fillable water bottle to stay hydrated during the trip.  Students may use their phones to take pictures but need to refrain from using them while we are touring or listening to the tour guides.
We are looking forward to exciting and educational trip with all students.
