Language Arts
Reading:
Our first unit's focus is reading closely for details. Students are expected to read for sixty (60) minutes away from school. Students are logging this information on their reading logs. These reading logs are checked on the first day of the week. Additional academic practice will be recorded in their agenda.
Structured Study and LA Content Support
Mrs. Palmer, Mrs. Hoke, and I support students in their curriculum classes with a direct focus on meeting the goals and objectives stated in their individual educational plans (IEPs).
This class is not intended to be a time to complete homework. Homework should be done outside of school and checked during this time.
